The Process: Pies are fairly consistent in shape. Cookies get a little unique with all the different types. Throw a donut, creme curl or kringle in the mix and you’ve got a real variety of shapes and sizes.
Speeds: Every bakery is different. Some bakeries hand load and sell online and some bakeries sell through massive grocery networks. Conflex has solutions for the full range of needs.
Placement: Most bakery items cannot bump each other because they crumble. Generally we have to space the product without touching each other. This can be tricky at high speeds!
