This is our SYNC 2 Ultra-Flexible Side Sealer
The Sync 2 side seal shrink wrapper manufactured by Conflex offer high speed shrink wrapping in an extremely flexible package. Shrink wrapping the bolts of Fabric gives them a very attractive glossy appearance and added protection for the consumer.

The Product: These high-end bolts of fabric benefit from the shrink wrap process because it gives the quality product an attractive protective layer until the consumer uses it.
Speeds: The video shows the product being placed back to back on he infeed of the SYNC wrapper. In reality this product is untouched by human hands and auto loaded into the wrapper. The SYNC has 4 modes of operation to handle all types of loading scenarios.
Flexibility: The SYNC 2 in the video has just undergone a controls change to be fully Allen Bradley. This came about because our customer base was calling for it. The Conflex motto is “Flexible People Make Flexible Systems”. As you can see in the video, we design our equipment to handle a variety of customer needs. We design with this flexibility so you can wrap large product and still run small product on the same machine. The goal is that our machines become the perfect complement for your products and processes.
The Solution(s):
This particular video shows our SYNC 2 continuous motion high speed side sealer and Vortex 72 Shrink Tunnel. This system has the ability to handle very small to very large product size range at very high speeds. The changeover process is fully repeatable through our recipe based HMI.
