The value of the item being collected is all about how it looks. The SYNC wrapper takes an already attractive retail box and puts an attractive gloss and sheen on the box and makes it tamper proof.

The SYNC Side Sealer produces a 3 sided seal and has large dimension capability not seen on competitive equipment. The SYNC is a “continuous motion” side sealer meaning that the conveyors cycle continue to run with the sealing cycle. It can be electronically and mechanically paired with automated infeeds for easy loading of the product while creating perfect spacing. Side seal wrapping is a very flexible type of shrink wrapping allowing for a variety of package sizes and types. This system has the ability to handle small to large products at very high speeds. The changeover process is quickly repeatable through our recipe based HMI. Lastly, the Vortex shrink tunnel is critical in customizing the shrink characteristics of the particular shrink film.
