Lap Sealing: The Servoflex 200 is a Lap Seal Shrink Wrapper. This means that Conflex designed a forming plow sized to the exact specifications of the carrier tray. There is a specific amount of film applied to every tray at an extremely tight fit with zero scrap! Other competitive machines utilize side sealers that require 20% more film and create scrap that drastically increases the cost per package and environmental footprint.

This video shows our ServoFlex 200 continuous motion high speed lap sealer with an optional Servo indexer and Vortex 72 Shrink Tunnel. It is an ideal wrapping choice for the customer running similar sized product every day. The optional Servo Indexer on the infeed gives the system full autonomy with no human intervention. As stated earlier, lap seal wrapping is the most efficient type of shrink wrapping available and it reduces the cost and environmental impact of the materials. This system has the ability to handle very small to very large product size range at very high speeds. The changeover process is quickly repeatable through our recipe based HMI.
